I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Politics at Princeton University. My main research and teaching interests are in American political institutions and formal theory. More specifically, I study how political institutions, such as accountability and oversight, shape the decisions of policymakers.  In doing so,  my work analyzes the interaction between different branches of government, with a particular focus on the executive branch. Another strand of my research looks at the influence of state preferences on conflict. A copy of my CV is here.
